The 49ers’ four 2025 NFL Pro Bowl picks, which were revealed Tuesday morning, show that despite their difficult 2024 campaign, they still had a number of exceptional players.
For their efforts during the 2024 season, edge rusher Nick Bosa, fullback Kyle Juszczyk, tight end George Kittle, and linebacker Fred Warner were all named to the Pro Bowl. As alternates, defensive lineman Leonard Floyd, cornerback Deommodore Lenoir, quarterback Brock Purdy, and left tackle Trent Williams were chosen.
The four Pro Bowl players for the 49ers have the following stats:
DE Bosa, Nick
During his six-year NFL career, Bosa has won five Pro Bowls. This season, the All-Pro defensive end has recorded 52 tackles, 33 solo, 15 for a loss, and nine quarterback sacks through 13 games. Bosa has also recovered one fumble, forced one, and intercepted one. He is third in team history with 62.5 career sacks.
FB Juszczyk Kyle
Juszczyk earned nine Pro Bowl selections in his 12 NFL seasons, which is a record for a fullback. The Harvard alum has caught 17 passes for a league-high 151 yards and one touchdown in his 16 2024 games, and he has also carried five times for 26 yards and one rushing touchdown. As a returner on the special teams unit, Juszczyk has been called upon to help the 49ers in any way he can.
TE Kittle, George
Kittle has been selected to the Pro Bowl six times in his eight years with the 49ers. The All-Pro has caught 76 passes for 1,079 yards and eight touchdowns through 14 games this season, which is the most by any NFC tight end in 2024. Kittle is tied for the second-most yards by a tight end in NFL history and third in the franchise’s history after four seasons with over 1,000 yards this season. Additionally, the always upbeat tight end has been voted team captain for seven straight seasons.
LB Warner, Fred
In his seven seasons with the 49ers, Warner has been selected to the Pro Bowl four times. The All-Pro has recorded 123 tackles in 16 games, including 71 solos, one quarterback sack, seven pass break-ups, four forced fumbles, and two interceptions, including one pick-six. Warner leads the 49ers defense and has been elected team captain for five straight seasons. Warner is one of only two players since at least 2000 to record 115 or more tackles in their first seven seasons in the league, and he has done so for seven straight seasons.
